Hey everyone, I’m Jessi.

Growing up, I struggled with self-confidence, largely because I didn’t know how to properly take care of my body. As a child and teenager, I often felt disconnected from my health, unsure of how to nourish myself or approach fitness in a way that felt empowering. These challenges followed me into adulthood, shaping my perspective on health and wellness.

In 2021, everything changed when I had my daughter. Her arrival became a catalyst for transformation in my life. I realized that to be the best version of myself for her, I needed to invest in my own well-being. This led me down a path of self-improvement and deep exploration into overall wellness. I immersed myself in learning about fitness, nutrition, and the connection between the mind and body. Through this journey, I discovered not only how to take care of myself but also a passion for helping others do the same.

Today, I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. My mission is to empower others to gain confidence in who they are, learn how to care for their bodies, and prevent disease. I believe that everyone deserves to feel strong, healthy, and capable of achieving their goals. My coaching approach goes beyond just workouts and meal plans—it’s about building a mindset and lifestyle that supports long-term wellness.

Through personalized fitness programs and nutrition guidance, I help my clients create the body and mindset they’ve always dreamed of having. Whether it’s overcoming self-doubt, achieving physical milestones, or simply feeling better in everyday life, I’m here to support and guide them every step of the way. My journey has shown me the power of self-care and resilience, and it’s my greatest joy to share that with others.

My approach to coaching is rooted in creating a completely personalized plan for each individual client. I combine forming relationships/partnerships with clients with my personal expertise gained through my studies to ensure every client feels supported and empowered throughout their journey. My goal is to provide the best, most sustainable experience by equipping clients with the tools and knowledge they need to make lasting changes.
